Return Policy
All returned items will be inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility of requirements are met for credit or exchange. Return processing may take up to 15 business days from the time your return is received.
RETURNING A DEFECTIVE ITEM
Defective products may be returned within 6 months of purchase (products may be credited or exchanged at our discretion).
RETURNING A NON-DEFECTIVE ITEM
Non-defective items may be returned within 60 days of original invoice date if product is not a seasonal item (like items etc) & product is not discontinued.
There will be a 5% restocking fee for all non-defective items returned (unless we shipped by mistake)
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Before returning a product, you need to first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from our customer service department.

● Products must be returned in their original packaging
● We will not accept items that have retail prices on them or partial cases (unless if they are damaged)
